Completed graded-card records may include information intended for public verification and population reporting. Public lookup visibility is controlled by True Grade’s registry settings. Customer contact information is not intended to be displayed as part of a card’s public registry record.

True Grade limits administrative access to authorised accounts. Uploaded files and operational records are retained only as needed for grading, registry, support, security and business-record purposes.
